Sorry to say this but the writers totally wasted hopes potential in legacies. She’s a damn tribrid and her whole world revolved around a boy. BUT I totally get where she’s coming from. I mean Landon literally was there when he lost her family. She had grown attached to him. It’s kinda similar to Damon and Elena. Hope grew dependent on Landon and I DO NOT blame her. Cuz girl me too tbh. But I just wish they explored her true power even more than they did in season 4.

Why do think we never see Klaus shift? For a hybrid, he seems all vampire.

Nice question. I think there’s several reasons why we don’t see Klaus shift ever. Outside of what was said like budgeting purposes. Klaus is the hybrid! He’s already strong he doesn’t need to shift! excuses but alright.

For starters it is best to consider Henrik. Henrik died from being attacked by the werewolves which Klaus took him to see. It is Ansel’s pack that killed Henrik. Klaus was supposed to be watching and protecting his little brother but he failed. Klaus wasn’t strong enough to save him. Mikael hated and abused him for being weak. The family had to grieve the youngest member and while everyone is accepting that it was an accident. In Klaus mind they still blame him for it. They blame the wolves. Klaus is a wolf. It weighs on him subconsciously, remember Rebekah mentions that they had to become everything the wolves weren’t. The Mikaelson’s see werewolves as inferior. Klaus is the only one in his family that was a wolf. His mother wanted it to remain a secret so bad she weakened him and enabled his father abusive behavior towards him. Klaus felt isolated from his siblings because of this! Which is why Klaus wanted hybrids, he wanted a family or army in his POV that was just like him so he could silence the lonely feelings he gets from his family.

Second reason and I am in no way blaming Hayley as a character but the writing. Hayley was a new character into TVDU. Unlike the Mikaelson’s or anyone else who has been around for several seasons. She had very little status towards her plot so it had to be invented. The plot continued to dig deeper for her werewolf plotlines. From her marriage, her bloodline, her pact, etc. So focusing on Klaus werewolf side would’ve dimmed her light in TO. The only thing she had that made Hayley different from the Mikaelson’s was her werewolf heritage. The plot uplifts Hayley’s wolf side as one of Hope’s special abilities while never focusing on Klaus wolf heritage. Ever wondered why Hope has a crescent pack mark but not a pact mark for Klaus? Yeah, me too. It would’ve been nice to see Klaus shift or even shift with Hope the first time she does. Now in a Klonnie-verse because I have too!

Bonnie would help Klaus accept his wolf. She grew up believing she was only human just like Klaus. Both of them discovered their true heritage later on in life. Bonnie learns to embrace being a witch. She can be a positive influence and encourage Klaus to be proud of his wolf side. He's been a vampire longer than he was human but he's more than just a vampire. I can picture Bonnie playing on Klaus' big ego and goading him into shifting by calling him a coward afraid of his true self!

TVD Thoughts - Season 1

I watched ep. 14 ("Fool me once")...

OMG!!! 😭😭😭

I am...speechless... Like omg!?

So many things happened.

1. Katherine was never in the tomb, so Damon was a menace for nothing... 😃

2. Grams dies at the end... I feel so bad for Bonnie.. Like miss Kat really acted in that last scene,I almost cried.😭

3. So..at the end of the ep, Jeremy goes on Bing and searchers for vampires.. So he definitely remembers something. (And again plz no spoilers)

4. The vampires from the tomb are free.. And there's a party right next to the tomb...Can someone please explain why they always hold these parties next to a cemetary? In the woods.. Is that an "American small town" thing? Like.. You seriously have no where else to host a party? 💀💀

5. I feel bad for Damon..I mean he's a douche but it's obvious he loves Katherine and wanted her back.

5.1. Also, at the beginning, Damon says "I hope Elena dies"...like bruh 💀💀 and I know that they're gonna be a thing later on.. So like..how? That's not really cute or romantic, what was that for lol

6. Caroline and Matt are so cute, idk.. Also I really like Matt, he seems like a descent guy

I can't wait to meet Katherine, I just know she's gonna be an absolute bitch, and I'm gonna love it! 😩😩
