Thirteen: Due to the destructive nature of their ability, they cannot move quickly or become airborne. The ground effect of my splash damage attacks can strike them through their own attacks.

All Might: limits?
Eraser Head: Without my quirk I'm unable to use my legs. That basically just roots me to the spot. I can't do anything useful without my quirk. Also I have a natural weakness to the tape itself.

Present Mic: Immune to his attacks. Can also attack him at range. Furthermore Mic needs to stabilise himself to use his power. That means he usually uses the ability while touching the ground. This makes him vulnerable to the ground-effect of my splash attacks.

Cementoss: His attacks are born of the ground. He is ridiculously vulnerable to my attack's ground-effects.

Midnight: Not only am I immune to the effects of the gas, they enhance my powers and I can even use it against others. I also have superior power over whips as well as her fans. As long as she keeps moving she can evade my attacks. Due to the splash damage though, she might not be able to.

Snipe: Their guns are useless on me, but they are so mobile they can evade my attacks. Their bombs however are rather damaging to me. They could manoeuvre in close and throw bombs, then dash away before my attacks land.

Ectoplasm: Size and number are not the issue for me. As long as their agile enough to evade they have a chance. As we have seen though, they are rarely airborne.
