This is definitely the best vegan cheese that my food processor ever made. Punto! But seriously though, this friggin tastes like real cheese yo. We are "celebrating" this year's Vegan Day with our absolutely most favorite food in this whole entire planet - The Potato Pie or The Potato Börek. 💛 But this time in a different light. This time I made a different sort of potato börek that is called Mantije. I just made a big sheet like I do for a swirly börek but this time after making a "snake" I cut it into a bunch of little pieces and made a little börek out of every single one of them. Then I just placed them all together in an oiled pan and let them bake.
