Wip Wednesday

A few hours late as usual, but thank youuuu @zombiearmor and @arialerendeair for tagging me for wip Wednesday! I’ve been a bit MIA as of late working on some projects that I cannae reveal yet, but what I CAN show are some sketch wips of a fun “Gustave is Daredevil” AU! Darestave, or Gusdock, as @walrusface likes to call him!

I tried to experiment further with rendering and color to avoid stagnating and regressing. Perhaps I've almost reached the point where I'm satisfied with my work.

Believe it or not, the inspiration for this portrait came from a photo of an owl.
