     “I have no need to lift something so brutish and bulky--if I need to kill I’ll use a sword or a bow. Much more elegant and much less of a mess if you ask me.” A light amused smile was on her face, honestly she didn’t like weapons such as hammers or even spears. To much of a chore to get them to hit just where you wanted to in her opinion.

     “I would say hunt first, but at the moment Sol and Aud are out trying to round up the pups, they ran off well I was trying to teach them to fetch a kill. Though we could always go without them they may end up upset by that, so I say a drink first--honored prince.” Though the end was obviously a joking jab.

     The Huntress was silent for a moment as she thought about what she’d said. “--I suppose, on some level there are members of Midgard that are more easily influenced. But there are those in any of the Realms that are. It depends more on the specific individual than it does the race, I think.”

     “Then again, nearly anyone can likely be pushed in certain directions if you find the right trigger to motivate them. Family members, a beloved item, some failure from their past.”

     “That is because the Allfather’s son is large and clumsy, and likes to make noise when killing.” Though she was just teasing, Thor was a good hunter. But there was no denying he was much better in combat where he could loudly face his enemies head on, rather then quietly stalk prey.

     “I’m sure once their energy settles down a bit they will grow out of it, some litter’s take more time than others.” Then again some of her dogs didn’t make it as hunting dogs at all, they just didn’t have the heart for it. She always made sure they got homes either way.

     “Any of the realms seem a punishment if stuck in them long enough, though I have to admit that Midgard is one of the more interesting ones that I have been to. Even if it has been sometime since I was there.”

    “I am well enough as of late--though I wish that my new litter of hunting dogs would stop running off to play with children, I suppose it can’t be helped. They are practically still pups themselves after all, they’ll learn better in time.”

Headcanon: #1 -- Official Job

     Sakði’s official job as far as anyone if concerned is the raising and training of Asgardian Hunting dogs, being known as one of the best young trainers in all of the 9 realms. She however is also known for being very selective on who her dogs go to, and who’s dogs she is willing to train. The reason for this is that she will not stand those who don’t treat their pets well, even if they are pets meant to work for you and meant to help you accomplish a job she knows that you should still treat them with respect.

     If she were to ever find out that someone was treating one her her trained hunting dogs bad after gaining custody of them it is very likely that she would hunt them down in her wolf form. She would be sure to make them fear the type of animal they were hurting before she ended them and took back the animal that they had obtained from her. Any time this does happen with one of her animals she is sure to never sell that dog again, though she may give it to a friend that she knows will treat it right.
