Thank u I love it
sebastian and finny are totally like a parent and kid.
finny's always running around, breaking stuff, and then jumping on sebastian crying, while sebastian’s constantly dealing with this energetic boy.
what’s funny is, sebastian’s the only "person" who can handle finny’s bear hugs and neither of them really gets what a family is, yet they act just like one.
The gasping is mcmillan in the bg
ciel: are we prepaired for the attack
sebastian after shoving 137 kitchen utensils up his ass:
I think Ciel has to be one of my favorite fictional characters/protags. Acknowledging his more morally dubious traits. It's fascinating how good yet oh so bad he is, and those traits don't conflict at all. He is so incredibly complex and it's awesome.
He's terrible, willing to use others and lie and hurt them and kill because he thinks his victim will have no chance. He will do anything to get what he wants. He is unashamed at his desire for revenge.
But he treats everyone equally. There is no such thing as commoner scum to him. He reaches his hand out those who have been discarded. He tries to guarantee the safety of as many innocents as possible.
And despite all the talk of him being terrible, it does seem that he is kind at heart. Yes being kind will benefit him, but there's those small moments of kindness, things he doesn't have to do but still does.
He's an adult, he's a baby. He tries so so hard to be a ruthless grownup but he's a scared lonely child inside.
He's so lovely, and he deserves the world, even if he's terrible.
This juxtaposition is so great I don't know if I'll ever see a protag like him again. Maybe Edward Elric adjacent but... Idkkkk
Did real Ciel poison his brother with mad honey?
There have been many theories in the fandom regarding whether or not Ciel's twin brother or another member of the Phantomhive household was poisoning Ciel and how it may have been done.
But I think if he did go so far as to poison Ciel, the safest way for him to have done so discreetly and without too much risk of killing his beloved brother would have been using mad honey, carefully mixed into warm milk.
First, let's look at how "mad honey" is produced.
It is most often made from the Rhododendron luteum plant (yellow azaleas) which we may have seen in the manga before, but at the time it was interpreted as lilies being used as sympathy flowers instead.
Remember the grave in the ripper arc and the flowers Ciel left on them?
Upon first glance, they appear to be a bundle of lilies. But Rhododendron luteum actually flowers in clusters like this. Could Yana have been dropping a hint early on that Ciel had been poisoned?
As for the effects of mad honey:
I believe in Ciel's case, he had a more rare and severe reaction to the poison which caused him to develop asthma.
The European symbolism behind this flower is interesting as well.
And who has been painted as the biggest "threat" to Ciel and Sebastian as of late?
The Undertaker, who resurrected real Ciel and is often portrayed with either a bouquet of lilies- or perhaps a cluster of Rhododendron luteum blossoms .
Now, as for where real Ciel would have obtained the mad honey, that is a good question.
But I don't believe he would have acted alone- there are too many pieces of the puzzle missing. I think he had help, and more than likely from an adult or a supernatural force.
What alien stage does to a mf
What connection has Phantomhive family with Celts?
I found a few things in the manga about that:
Vincent reading to the twins the Fenian Cycle: Celtic Mythology:
On the Phantomhive family graveyard next to the mansion are graves with Celtic crosses:
and Undertaker is playing with the celtic Sun Cross symbol on this panel. His face is a mix of painful emotions:
You know what strikes me the most about this picture?
And this one...
Both of these images have one thing in common...
That is, Ciel's presence in the kitchen.
Which speaks about his character, tbh.
Given the time period and the way society worked back then, I'm sure that the master of the house rarely - or never - stepped into the kitchen (even Sebastian said so himself, that the kitchen wasn't a place for Ciel). But there he was, snacking away or licking his finger oh-so-casually, just like Finny. And seeing that there's only one plate on the table, I'd go and assume that both Ciel & Finny took the curry from the same plate. Moreover, Finny didn't seem surprised/awkward to see Ciel there, which means that this isn't the first time that Ciel has joined them in the "below stairs".
Ciel, despite everything, is still a child. He's mischievous. Granted, some of his mischief are more dangerous than others, but he still enjoys simple things like this. He might be the master of the house, but he has no qualms about going to the kitchen to join his servants in curry tasting or to eat snacks with them. I don't think you'd often find an earl in his kitchen, eating with his servants.
This is just one of the things that greatly differentiate him from his brother. R!Ciel would rather die (again?) than getting caught spending time so casually with a bunch of servants. He even talked down at Sebastian (something that I'll be forever salty about).
This is why no matter how much he'd like to pretend otherwise, o!Ciel would never be like his brother. Because after everything has been said and done, he's a good person at heart.
This says so much about o!Ciel's character. Before anything, Ciel sees people as people.
I immediately think of this scene from the book of Atlantic arc
"You're another person, so of course you look different".
He doesn't see Snake as anything but a person, despite how most people view him as a non-human.
Even though o!Ciel was already going to stay on the Campania while it was sinking, we got to see him give up his spot on a lifeboat for Snake. I feel that he would have done this regardless.
His servants are genuine people to him. He even seeks comfort from them in certain times, like with Finny in the Green Witch Arc. He took the time to get to know them each individually when he hired them, and made sure to check in with Sebastian's training for them.
He has such authentic pride in his servants. Not just for their abilities, but for their loyalty and personal growth.
O!Ciel doesn't regard other humans as lesser, or as freaks. Unless they're monsters like Baron Kelvin.
He just sees people as people, and I love that about him. Despite everything else, O!Ciel is inherently gentle and empathetic. In a kinder world, i don't think he would've have chosen to be cruel.
He's a sweet boy at heart. I just wish life didn't do him so dirty.
Real, the saddest part is that o!Ciel truly believes that he's a bad person, and that he only does these things to trick/use others. Although he tries to be cruel and cold with others, he is actually a good boy.
He's also a great earl
Idk if anyone has done it yet but
GENSHIN IMPACT ANTHOLOGY (DNA) CHAPTER 6 better scan but still sloopy lol
Oh yeah I already planned upload 2 chapter today so don't worry you don't miss any chapter here (lol)
This chapter is about Tartaglia asked Lumine a date deathmatch (lol) as always So yeah in the end they have their "date" so twitter not wrong about it

If we talking about Tartaglia it can be means all of them (lol) like "the manjuu it's so sweet" or "Lumine kinda leniant to him like keep accepting his challenge even it's without any merits" or "Lumine is naive since she letting him by his side eventhough he's Fatui" and tbh... all of them sounds right on that line but for making Chilumi sail (ops) I use "sweet" hahahahaha
