Yesterday I ate the best peach I've ever had. It was perfect. How do I go about my life knowing that every peach from this point on will just be less than? What do I do?
How do you know there won't be an ever better one in the future?

Yes, and the body has memory. The physical carriage hauls more than its weight. The body is the threshold across which each objectionable call passes into consciousness—all the unintimidated, unblinking, and unflappable resilience does not erase the moments lived through,

Exactly - your sexuality doesn’t fade based on your partner, relationship status or anything like that! It can be fluid in some people - but then they will share that with you if they see fit to do so. Otherwise, assume the sexuality remains.
minorities shouldn’t have to lose their few heroes for the sake of proving a point to a privileged audience
it's a funny world we live in where I'm excited to wake up with my thighs covered in blood
OITNB is some bullshit this season! Fucking disgusting apologist bullshit!
An anonymous donor has donated:
One completely free 45 minute online video visit ($0)
and
Two half-priced 45 minute online video visits ($37)
to anyone who wants them!!
So what are these visits? I’m a queer Certified Nurse Midwife living and working in NYC. Don’t worry if you’re not in NYC though - everything is online! No matter where you live I can provide counseling, information, support, and education. Depending on which state you live in, I can also write prescriptions, make diagnoses, order lab tests for you.
So what does that mean? That means that depending on what you’re looking for, I can help you with:
Beginning your medical transition (using either masculinizing hormones [testosterone] or feminizing hormones [estrogen])
Starting or continuing birth control
Continuing care for healthcare issues unrelated to trans-ness or transition (if you just want to see a healthcare provider that won’t tell you your itchy foot is related to the fact that you’re trans)
GYN issues (yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, STIs)
Counseling and decision making to holistically improve heavy periods/irregular periods
Fertility boosting and preparation for becoming pregnant (these visits are for trans folx only)
Lactation support for trans masculine and trans feminine folx either planning to or currently breast/chest feeding.
Who can enter the drawing? Basically anyone who is not cisgender. That includes trans men, trans women, non binary people, gender queer, gender fluid, gender questioning, and all other gender identities.
How do I enter the drawing for these visits? You should:
Like or reblog this post
and send an email to [email protected] with the subject line stating “Entry for Trans Healthcare Visits”. No need to write anything in the body of the email - the rest of the info will come later.
Please like and share even if you’re not trans - I want everyone to have access to the amazing opportunity! I’m so excited to be able to offer these free & discounted visits to people who might not be able to afford them otherwise.
The drawing will end Sunday 6/26 at 10pm EST.
If you’re not interested in the drawing, don’t qualify, or have missed the cut off but ARE interested in making an appointment with me anyway, SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT HERE.
