one of my favourite fantastical details in hannibal is just how how unbelievable will graham's classical beauty is like sure that man is a fishing fbi loner nerd?. love it because it adds to the gothic romance of it all watching this dude with his face carved by angels, lose his mind looking like a horny oil painting during every horrific scene. honestly by the dolarhyde calls him 'not very handsome' and we cut to hugh dancy, voted the prettiest girl at oxford, it's just funny

the best part of the season one finale is how no one even questioned how will threw up a whole human ear, like there’s no teeth marks or tears on the tissue, no signs of mastication at all before swallowing. everyone just saw him and the crime scene then went “yep. this man has no gag reflex.”

every time i rewatch hannibal i forget that after will is released from the bshci and returns to therapy with Dr Gaslight MD it’s LEGIT therapy and HE is paying for it which means they are now OFFICIALLY doctor and patient which makes the whole shitshow sooo much worse lmaooo at least in s1 all the weird obsession is waved away with a “we’re not officially patient and therapist” but in s2 they are straight up committing atrocities and eyefucking and engaging in EVEN MORE ethically questionable behavior on a regular basis in what is a DIRECT and EXTREME violation of The American Psychological Association’s Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct
