OMG Im watching Rocketman this afternoon Im sooo excited!! For those who have already seen it, share your opinion!

It has not been 24h since I’ve seen it and I’m still speechless. I LOVED it soooo freaking much! I did not expect it like that but WOAH. There are a few things that felt a bit rushed and some songs that didn’t quite fit for my liking but in general I loved every single minute of it. Taron is SPECTACULAR, he completely blew my mind with his performance as Elton. The detail and the work he put into this role… it is a very respectful and elegant portrayal. I cannot be more proud of him. Some of the song numbers are just AWESOME and the ending is brilliant. I’m still very very excited about it, and I have the urge to see it again to fully process it. I even cried a bit, but it were proud mama’s tears. I mean, Taron has proved over and over that he is a very talented and versatile actor who can do ANYTHING, but in this movie he does something so different and so unique. In the years I’ve been supporting him he has managed to surprise me over again and I cannot feel more happy and proud of what has he become and what he represents in this film. Its like falling in love all over again. I really expect to see him recognised for this. If you still have not seen Rocketman, please, PLEASE, go and buy a ticket to see it cause its SO WORTH IT! It’s the best way to support Taron and this movie, which has been done with lots of love and care.
