Same.
I’m a writer, so…
I don’t wanna think of anything else now that I thought of you.

Happy Valentine’s Day! I started this artwork some time ago and I think today is the best opportunity to show it! ;]
Hosts of Armchair Expert Podcast, Dax Shepard and Monica Padman, share their opinion on “Miss Americana” (Episode 180, starting from 1:26:03):
DS: You and I watched the Taylor Swift documentary and we became obsessed with her. And I just wanna be clear, if people are on the fence about watching that - I in the past was like, if I was younger Taylor Swift wouldn’t be the thing for me because she’s just so widely accepted and she’s like… MP: She’s like a Barnes & Noble. DS: Well she had like a goody-goody kind of persona, you know - clean cut American girl. And I think for all my own personal reasons I was like, ‘Ehh I need something a little edgier.’ So that’s when I entered the documentary and I left thinking - she is so phenomenal, on so many levels, right? MP: Mhm, I agree. DS: We were just wowed by her non-stop. MP: Yeah, she’s very self-aware, which I loved, and she’s transitioning - it sounds like - out of trying to be the thing everybody wants her to be, she’s kind of done with that. And it’s really cool. DS: It’s fun to watch. MP: It’s a VERY good documentary. DS: It’s a very good documentary and then I decided I’m gonna buy all of her songs… MP: I already have pretty much all of her songs, she makes the catchiest music. DS: She does. I do have already like 5 or 6 of her songs and you know I love that song that’s about me [starts singing “Wildest Dreams”]. […] DS: It’s a hard life those people [musicians] have. MP: Oh my god, it really is. It’s so isolating. DS: It’s their whole life. Those tours… We were watching Taylor Swift, I was like - you know man, just living in a hotel half the year, it’s just the very lonely, isolating experience. You’re not home, you know your life’s on hold temporarily… MP: Forever though, kind of. For as long as you are being successful anyway. DS: And the weight and stress of, ‘Oh the last five albums have been #1, if this is #5 now, I’ll be a huge failure.’ Like falling off the cliff, like all those stakes… Also, I think it’s really great to watch with kids, I’m really looking forward to watching the Taylor Swift one with the girls because it really explores relying on other people’s approval for your own self-esteem, which I think we all tend to fall into. And then also the eating stuff is really important here. Good for her for including that. She didn’t need to do that. MP: I know. I was so impressed by her. DS: I am too. MP: She’s my favorite person.
Sorry, was I loud?

So..I’ve been working on a little something inspired by it being the 13th year of @taylorswift . Can’t fully express how proud I am of her journey and how her trials have only made her stronger, wiser, and more kind. I will always be standing by her side.
@taylorswift @taylornation I LOVE YOU. ENDLESSLY.

we waited 2.5 years for the full context of the fox slippers acoustic guitar video and let me just say……. her mouthing ‘i love you’ and her pointing to him with her fox slippered foot when she sang “i did one thing right” and call it what you want acoustic? worth every last second

Lord, save me, my drug is my baby I’ll be usin’ for the rest of my life
My team’s really not happy with me right now, all I’ve talked about for the last couple of months is the election in Tennessee. It’s not that I want to step into this, I just I can’t not at this point, like… There’s something different in my life, completely and unchangeably different since the sexual assault trial last year and no man in my organization or in my family will ever understand what that was like.
I’m about to be 29.
