Grilled Salmon & Vietnamese Salad is one of my go-to recipes, and I have found myself preparing it all over the world as I have travelled. It’s simple, fresh and quick to prepare, and you can also easily make a larger portion for when you are hosting friends and family. Turkey: The mother of all baked potatoes in Ortakoy I had received a little tip-off about the baked potatoes in Ortakoy, so I put my walking shoes on and ambled down to the little waterside neighbourhood.
