Perhaps when you ignore literally any personality trait she possesses. Kindness, empathy, level headed, cheeky, sarcastic, from cowardly to brave, subdued, hopeful, calm unlike at the beginning where she had a panic attack-

Just because she's not in your face a super intense protag doesn't mean she doesn't have traits and wants- she's a skeptical more soft spoken person (able to let go in the guns ep) being inspired by the people around her in ways but that does not mean she doesn't have her own personality-.. we even get her backstory somewhat and I know we will get more with her being a YouTuber and someone who used to explore places for thrills. Ex she's also a thrill seeker.

I see this sentiment from active Jax haters. Somehow their hate for Jax and any development he receives means that everyone else is a nothing character. Not good enough because Jax got like half a minute of development. Like their hate for him means that the female characters somehow get the backhand in the same strike. It's not fair at all. They need to dissect him out of the scenes to like truly take in the female characters. Because yes they aren't as bombastic as Jax but that doesn't mean shit because they have personalities. You just I guess don't see it as personality traits...
