I was hoping to have another animation done by the end of last year, but fortunately my PC is out of commission. It's come back from the repair shop STILL not working, so while I try to fix that myself, I've spent the past couple months focusing on learning how to drive. I have a few rough sketches for a potential animated project idea I have, which includes an old character of mine.

Ride (Baby) Is Finally Out!
It's finally out! Ride has finally released! It was an absolute joy being able to work on this video, with this team, and I'm glad we finally get to show our work to the world! It has been a joy & a privilege to work with such talented people, and I hope we all get to work together again someday in the future!
Recently I've been trying to practice using Krita for 2D animation. Plus sometimes it's good to practice the basics! Feel I'm starting to get a better idea of how to animate with Krita
New 2-D Animation Showreel
In the past, I tended throw all my work together into just one showreel, but lately I've been working on creating separate showreels for my work, starting with my 2-D animation & motion graphics work.

Some Light Reading
After owning this book for years, and using so much of it as a reference for so many animations, I've finally sat down to start reading it cover-to-cover.
New Website!
I now have a personal website, that highlights some of my best work! This project was created by Liam Harris, who coded & designed this website from scratch, and I cannot thank him enough. As a web developer, he has not only been able to create this portfolio website for me, but has also created his own, which I would highly recommend checking out!

Video Editing Task
It's been a while since I posted any work hasn't it. I recently created a short trailer, as part of a job application. I've spent a lot of the past few months assisting a friend of mine with a film project for their uni course, so being able to put some of the video editing skills I've picked up recently into use was a fun challenge! I can't show this video publicly at the moment, beyond this picture, but I hope to have more work to post soon!

Two of the short films we created at the Institute for Creative Enterprise finally got added to IMDb. Never thought I would see the day when I would get my first credits on IMDb!
Graduation
On Friday I finally graduated from university, I finally got my Masters Degree! Been 5 years in the making, but I have finally finished uni! I’ve gained so much experience during this period of my life, my experiences here have helped shape the course of my life heading forward. Onwards & upwards!

We held a special Industry night for our MA degree show last night, great to get our work seen by professionals in the animation industry!
Degree Show Private Viewing
The private viewing for the MA Degree Show was held last night, had a great time seeing everyone’s work! Bit nerve-wracking walking into the screening room & seeing my work on the screen tho. It’ll be open to the public on Monday 9th!

After months of working on our student films, my MA class’s Degree show is almost here! Private viewing on Friday 6th October, then open to the public for two weeks on Monday 9th!
