Hello! you probably know me as that guy that created that Master List devoted specifically to Sonic The Hedgehog blogs. After coming to the realization that it was becoming more of a blog about whatever then it was a Sonic blog, I decided to create this blog where I can post about anything that's on my mind without it detracting from the point of the blog. The Hives - Tick Tick Boom 

For some reason, every time I listen to this song my brain interprets the lyrics in such a way that it could be interpreted as a possible Real Song Theme Tune for Datfanginsniper's Nack. (I know he has two theme songs already, but neither one really fits the criteria for Real Song Theme Tune) I mean it's pretty open to interpretation. "'Cause I have done it before and I can do it some more..." What is 'it' supposed to be? You decide. Nonetheless it's a pretty great song imo.

Yes, I believe the exact quote was something along the lines of "You may rest knowing that you have wasted 15 hours of your life on this." In retrospect, that was probably slightly exaggerated due to both the fact that i'm not actually timing this and that I pretty much count all the time starting from "((Continue?))" to "((I gtg, continue tomorrow?))". It's probably close enough to 15 hours now, but not when I originally posted that. Ironically enough though, the same can be easily said for myself too. (Yes, i'm that same guy, you could consider this my 'personal' blog.) Now if you don't mind, I will now ruin more hours of my life failing epicly at Touhou.

That's so strange, waking up an hour earlier than i'm used to and whatnot. I shouldn't be mad at this, seeing as it effectively gives me an extra hour to the day, but it's still a bit strange.

Okay, you know what, forget Reset Button, I think what I just witnessed was a full on Reboot. There is no other conceivable way to go from "easygoing weasel who likes to play the guitar" all the way to "badass assassin who takes no prisoners and altogether just doesn't give a s**t" in one fell swoop, that simply does not happen in the span of a few hours under normal circumstances. Also kinda chuckled at the most recent screenshots on Nack The Weasel's Steam, (In announcer voice) "Pre-Order Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag at Gamestop to unlock Nack the Weasel, the world's most badass assassin, as a playable character in the game. Gamestop: power to the players. Rated M for Mature"

I think I may have just experienced usage of the Reset Button on my Steam about half an hour ago, at least I think it was a use of that plot device. I dunno, i'll just assume it is and run with it unless someone says otherwise, it could make for an interesting RP mini thread in the Steam chat box.

The barometric pressure has dropped from 1028 hPa two days ago all the way down to 997 hPa today. (1 hPa is exactly equal to 1 mbar, for those outside of the U.S.) A drop this steep over a short period of time can only mean one thing: a storm is brewing, great... *Sarcasm*

The red-green switch for the Shrink-Grow gun prototype that the Nack which I sort of RP on my Steam has. (I say 'sort of' cause he has little to no headcanon and any headcanon he does have is based on events that have occurred on Steam) Initially, the Shrink-Grow prototype was designed to have the red and green lights be separate from the switch but as of a few hours ago he has built the lights into the switch.

I just encountered a weird version of Steam earlier tonight, for the most part it was like the regular version of Steam except that you could use a XBox 360 controller on it directly. (It had button prompts and everything) It also had this strange blue animated background that kinda reminds me of the PS3's UI. I don't know what it's called or what exactly prompts it to launch, all I know is that if I start F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate with my Wireless 360 Controller on it launches that strange version of Steam.

Halloween Countdown - 4 Days from Halloween

Although all the tracks in this game have a habit of sounding a bit similar to each other, this one in particular is significant because it is the theme for the first level that takes place in Hell. I know it sounds pretty repetitive when you isolate the song from the game, but if you are playing the game with a nice pair of headphones or a great sound system, this definitely enhances the already eerie atmosphere of the game. (Don't worry, there's still lots of stuff to kill despite this)

Halo Theme (Mjolnir Mix) from Halo 2

In my opinion this is the best rendition of the Halo Theme from the original trilogy. (Let's not lie to ourselves, you know they're going to make a Halo 5 & 6) The Warthog Run rendition from Halo 3 is a VERY close second but for someone with my musical tastes, the electric guitar is a deal breaker for me. The time of this upload is pure coincidence and i'm totally not trying to make DatFanginSniper have more Halo related dreams. (We are talking about this Halo and not the song of the same name by Soil, right?)

Silent Hill 1 OST: All

Halloween Countdown - 5 days from Halloween

Every day, starting from now continuing until Halloween day, I will post an example of the kind of music you can expect from my spooky playlist. First up, it's a song every Silent Hill player i'm sure has a fond memory of, the theme that played during the introductory alley sequence in Silent Hill.

So here's the plan, at 5 PM EST on the 30th, I will swap out my music playlist for the "scary playlist". Why 5 PM? Simple: cause I want anyone irrespective of time zone to have at least 24 hours to listen to it. The playlist will be swapped back on November 1st at the first possible opportunity that I can get to my computer. (I will also change the colors and theme bg on both blogs back soon after as well.)

Think i'm going to swap out my current music playlist with something creepier on Halloween Day, some stuff off of the soundtracks to some of the Silent Hill games perhaps? (Don't know if i'll do it for my main though, 'cause I want it to be Sonic related but i'm not entirely sure the Sonic series has much in the way of scary music)
