Were you joking about the young royals incest fic on AO3? Because I don't think that there are three types of them?? According to the tags there's one if you count second cousins as incest. To be honest, marrying a cousin was really not uncommon in european monarchies (Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip were 3rd cousins). If you think that fics tagged 'Wilhelm & Erik' or 'Erik & August' are incest, they are most likely not. On AO3 the & means platonic (friendship or family) relationship.
