I love Dick making judgement calls about how Clark is handling a situation and telling him about it in a way no one else can hear. Like it can't be a conversation bc Clark can't respond to Dick in the same way - he just has to decide if he's going to listen to Dick's call or not. And he always listens! Because he trusts him!!

he loved being batman + robin with dick but gave it up to keep dick safe. the most meaningful partnership of his life and he blew it all up because of the fear of losing dick forever. superman said everything in this universe is corrupted, the first question he asked to find the good is what about dick? and he already knew the answer. fully and actually ready to kill luthor when he thought that luthor killed dick. left kgbeast in the snow.

i'm not saying that bruce saves the world because dick is in it but i AM saying that he would stop if the world did somehow manage to kill dick.

Once i read all of golden age and silver age and bronze age and pre-crisis in general and post crisis and new52 and rebirth and all the different events and crossovers and learn all of the writers’ histories so i am aware of their biases and influences when creating those stories and familiarise myself with the cultural/social/political climate of when those comics were written to be able to understand and analyse them well from both a watsonian and doylist perspective it’s over for you all
