YOU CAN'T BLOCK ME! I'M A MADE GUY!
Tehran underground station dedicated to the Virgin Mary
'In the name of revolution'
During the 2nd Intifada it was a popular slogan, that women embroidered on their dresses 🫒✌🏽
the thing is like. i know plenty of poor americans that really did join the military because it was "the only option" but its important to recognize that even among those people its not actually the only option. you can just be poor. they made the choice to kill people so they could advance their own societal position. thats still evil
omg yessss🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️
Dont you know? Only the United States are working class, and the people poor americans killed or helped kill overseas in the global south are all bourgeoisie!!
Not being homeless is selfish now, right.
Look, I’ll definitely judge you if you join ICE, I don’t care how broke your ass is. But the vast majority of the jobs in a peacetime military do NOT involve being ready to kill people at a moment’s notice.
Everything ICE does to people inside the US, the US military does 100x worse to people in the global south, you just don't judge them as harshly bc you see their victims as abstract offscreen masses instead of actual human beings
If I hand you a damn hammer and tell you to go over and kill that other homeless person and in payment I give you a small house and wage… you’re a murderer and I am equally culpable.
I don’t care that you don’t want to be homeless, it doesn’t give you the right to kill people.
Just because I give you training, a fancy uniform, and a rifle doesn’t make it better. Just because you are killing someone on the far side of the world because your government doesn’t like their government… even if their government IS potentially dangerous in some imagined future… that doesn’t make it better.
Just because you joined when nobody was asking you to kill anybody and now they are… it doesn’t make it better. If I take you out of a tent encampment and give you a home on the condition that you might need to kill someone for me in the future, you’re a hitman. It is murder.
“Self defense” is a tissue thin fig leaf. If you really believe that the US has built hundreds of bases all over the world for “self defense” and not missile enforced hegemony then you’re a smooth brained piece of trash.
There are bad actors in the world. This is a fact. People should be allowed to band together with weapons to protect their families and homes.
Do you think that is what Trump and the US military is doing? I mean really?
“Iran is bad, though.” So is the fucking US and yet nobody is allowed to come bomb your house about it. Ask yourself why not.
I must be loyle to my capo.

i hear a lot of liberals and conservatives pushing this narrative that isreal is controlling the us and that america would be better if it werent being controlled by israel. this is a stupid take that can be traced back to nazi ideas of jews controlling the world.
israel is an american settler colony. it acts in the interests of the united states. america is evil, and by extension so is israel. not the other way around.
America is controlling israel. Not the other way around.
“The United States is the greatest de-humanizer in the world, and Israel is nothing but a finger of the United States of America.”
— Kwame Ture
I think its easier and more useful to view the nations as separate and evil in their own unique ways. Fascism in Italy wasn't the same as Nazism in Germany or imperialism in Japan, and we don't talk about them as if they're the same for a reason. The state of Israel was not created by America: in fact, America opposed its formation due to our allyship with Palestine (wild what can change in eighty years); so treating it as an extension of the United States would be to ignore the unique sins of Israel in the same way that acting as if Israel somehow puppets the US is to ignore our specific sins. You're very much saying "no, no its *Mussolini* who's the real bad guy controlling Hitler" or vice versa when you make these arguments.
Israel is a settler state created under the guise of necessity. The propaganda that led to its formation was the there needed to be a place on the earth just for Jewish people because of the evils of the outside world (in a way extremely reminiscent of the creation of the state of Utah), and its violence and attempts to dominate the region are rooted in this belief (also like Utah). Its a sort of fun house mirror Manifest Destiny where conquest is justified by a predetermined "by any means necessary" logic. The evils of Israel are simply that of any settler colonial project which does not empower its indigenous people once its parent nation (multiple nations but primarily the UK) grants independence: like America's sins towards Native Americans.
America's evils here are simply capitalist exploitation on a mass scale. The US allies with Israel because, in exchange for our military's backing, Israel grants our nation access to oil. No president has ever done anything to upset relations with Israel for that reason alone. The Democrats and Republicans' refusal to oppose the genocide in Gaza is just the final stage of our lust for oil. Oil is running out: by the 2030s, it won't even exist. Nations with access to oil aren't going to jeopardize their access to it unless they have already switched to other resources because they can't afford to. Israel knows this, and we know Israel knows this. That's why the US isn't acting: greed and a refusal to adapt.
Me: im gonna watch every anime cartoon ever lol
Some idiot named like, Michael probably: dude. My guy. That would be, uhhh pretty much impossible. Unless somehow you owned every single piece of animated media to ever come out of Japan, yooooud pretty much fail right away. And even if you did somehow, goooood luck with all that, brother. There is some preeeetty obscure shit, lots out there that probably no westerner has even heard about, heh. Plus there not cartoons.
Me: you have a point michael
You thought Michael was going to be the but of my joke? No. I learned to low key understand where he’s coming from, even if he annoys me a little. Later we are going to put poison in his food
