Can everyone who makes video content do a Deaf bitch a favor? Watch your shit with the captions on and the sound off, and then do another round of editing to fix things including but not limited to:

Captions cover the spot on the screen you put the information I need

The dialogue is captioned but not the song you have playing that the dialogue is responding to

You only captioned the person on the screen, not the person off screen who is also talking

No captioning of critical sound effects (alarms, bells, dogs barking, etc)

Speakers are not labelled at moments where it is not clear on the screen who is talking.

Captions cover the spot on the screen that you put the information I need!

Three Canadian off-duty officers arrested over 'serious' allegations

The officers were vacationing in Barcelona, Spain, and not on official duties, Toronto Police Service said.

Three Canadian off-duty police officers have been arrested over an alleged assault of a sex worker during their vacation in Barcelona, Spanish authorities said. One of the officers was suspended upon returning to Canada, the Toronto Police Service said. The other two officers will also be suspended when they return, police said. "The allegations are serious," Toronto's police deparment wrote in an emailed statement to the BBC. Toronto police did not release the officers' names and said they would not comment further while the cases were before the courts.

Something that rarely gets mentioned is that it doesn't just take a single user to change one's color on Shinigami Eyes.

Sure if you mark someone one way or another on your browser, they stay that way for you.

But for someone you've never seen before to be marked red, that means the majority of users who saw that account and made any input at all, all came to the conclusion that that person was bad news.
