;alskdf This is from Lazy Town, which was an Icelandic kids show that ran off and on from 2004 to 2014, that was specifically aimed at getting kids being more healthy and active and was inspired by a book and stage show by the guy in the blue (Sportacus).

It WAS filmed in English and aired in the US because at least initially Nickelodeon was involved in the production, but it’s definitely got a non-American streak in the creative work.
