sometimes i hit a brand new kind of stress and i remember that some symptoms of mental illness present rarely and acutely! 😃

#yeah paranoia and auditory hallucinations are TECHNICALLY on my list of possible symptoms but it has been a full decade FREE ME #shoutout to the find my iphone notifications that there is a zero percent chance are actually happening #yeah the ones that have been blowing up my phone for two hours #i have verified that that is not happening and yet hey it’s still happening!!!#last time this happened i went from relatively okay to unable to leave my house for almost a year overnight i am fucking petrified #it would be just my luck this year that i’d fuck everything up NOW right #idk man the only things i’m good at anymore are losing my mind and taking care of fish #ugh anyways at least there’s new of montreal i guess??
