I wanted to give designing a flower & matching genitals for my crewmate based off of @majorofmaid 's headcanon's because they're breathtaking.. something sticky. I picture they're a little embarrassed about their everything.

The bean who was originally in charge of managing the ore+ expedition crew got laid off last minute for a mysterious reason and, in a rush, Mira just kind of got the first bean they saw to take over. Banana just so happened to be handing in some unrelated papers to their boss at the time, so they ended up getting shoved into the airship pod and arriving to the Skeld in place of the supposed-to-be manager.
Not only does banana have 0 experience as a manager, but this is also their first time being in a spaceship! Needless to say they are out of their element...
Can Banana crew just say: "can you please step of me?" I think everyone in the crew would be willing

While any other crewmate would have absolutely no trouble with that stuff, Banana's position as manager really complicates things and because of that they end up being excluded from the weird polycule type thing the rest of the crew has going on. poor guy doesn't even get the privilege of the cuck chair lol.
It's not out of malice of course! While some crew members care more about their job than others do, people will still generally try and maintain at least somewhat of a professional behaviour around banana. Banana is also generally very awkward and off-putting, leaving people quite weary of them...

Given how utterly deprived they are of any kind of sexual gratification on the ship, it doesn't take long for Banana to start getting desperate. They're too scared to outright ask anyone for anything which is why they resort to doing weird, impractical stunts in attempt to bait their coworkers into initiating something instead. They just want someone, anyone, to throw them a bone! They'll do anything, it would make them the happiest bean in the world!!!
So they start laying down in front of the doorways trying to get crew members to accidentally step on them, purposefully (and unconvincingly) dropping items just to have an excuse to kneel down in front of their employees - they even start pretending to get stuck in the vents, praying that someone will notice and take advantage of the position Banana is in, but nothing ever seems to work! They have no choice but to keep trying and trying and trying, utterly humiliating themselves in the process... It's hard to believe that this is supposed to be the Skeld's manager, really!
Everything will work out eventually though, don't worry!! I just think it's funny watching Banana get edged ;p

Paperwork piles up, the Captain's kind of negligent (understatement of the century) and, generally speaking, things are just NOT as optimal as Orange wished they were right now. It's obviously very hard on their nerves.
Composed as they are, they just can't hide it from you. You see how tired and moody they seems lately, and you know exactly how to fix...
Admin's a pretty private spot. Nobody ever comes here willingly aside from you two! No one will ever know if you take a short break and have some fun on the job...
Orange immediately shoots down the idea. If anything, they're almost offended you. No, no, no, that'd be completely unprofessional! It's not happening!
That's what they say, but they won't complain if you go ahead and put your hands on their body...
Or, well, they will complain, halfheartedly, but you know Orange by now. You expertly call their bluff... It's obvious they need this as much as you do.
It starts out innocent enough. Just some tender caressing here and there, your wandering hands offering their much needed warmth to your partner's cold, touch-starved body. Though Orange quickly warms up just from that...
They will stubbornly ignore you at first, trying to power through and finish their work, but their resolve turns out to be surprisingly weak.
Soon enough, you'll have them gasping, a hand over their mouth to try and keep themselves quiet, yet spreading their legs all on their own out of sheer desperation. All but begging you to touch them where they need it the most.
Orange cannot focus on the paperwork to save their life, but they're still pitifully trying to work... That won't do.
The noise they let out when your fingers finally slide inside of them... So much for staying quiet.
They're immediately babbling about how "we shouldn't be doing this" and that "we're gonna get caught", but they shamelessly tighten up around your fingers at the thought.
Their body refuses to lie about how they truly feel, but there's clearly too many thoughts in that head of theirs still...
Poor Orange can't quite shake off the guilt of being unproductive, even with your fingers abusing their wet little slit; they won't let go of that fucking pen. At this point, they're making incomprehensible squiggles, all in a pathetic attempt to carry on with their work. It only stands to reason that you have to try harder.
They don't fight you when you push them on their desk, scattering paperwork and other office supplies around you. They immediately understand and raise their hips towards you, out of their mind with arousal...
Being fucked like this, Orange feels completely humiliated in the best way possible. The thought of someone walking in on when you have them pinned to the desk like this, completely dominated and exposed, drives them to an embarrassingly fast orgasm. And then another, and another, and another... They're overly sensitive after the dry spell the two of you have been going through because of them (I can't emphasize enough how serious Orange is about their job. work hard, no play at all)

All they can do is lay there and take it like a champ.
It's probably better worse for them if you do slow down. The feeling is so intense regardless, it has them seeing stars and arching their back.
Admin's a mess now, but seeing that absolutely fucked out expression of theirs makes it all worth it. Not a single thought behind that visor... Finally relaxed and undone, without a worry in the world. It's the such a beautiful sight...
Please make sure to give them lots of kisses and cuddles after you put a load or two inside of them. Once the horny is out of their system and post nut-clarity kicks in, Orange will become absolutely MORTIFIED about what you did and the way they behaved.

like crewmate orange, they just loose all inhibitions after a while... instead of going full freak mode, they just kinda blow their cover entirely. Finally done with the Unionbuster mini comic! Got pretty lazy towards the end (there was originally gonna be some writing for the middle few panels, but I was running out of motivation by then), but I'm still pretty happy with how it turned out :]

I was thinking of when people draw impostors as crewmates with tentacles sticking out of their backs and how that reminded me of those freaky tentacle moths. I thought it would be fun to try and make an impostor design based off of one. When I found out that the purpose of those weird bits was to emit pheromones to attract a mate, I thought it would fit great for blue!
Imp!Blue uses these pheromones to their advantage, leaving crewmates inexplicably infatuated with them (somehow even more so than regular blue). They have an unbelievably easy time gaining the crew's trust and they make use of that by subtly turning people against one another with rumors and calmly spoken accusations.
Contrary to the top right text, I am thinking the abdomen tentacles would double as penises. They have 4 total.
When disguised as a crewmate, they store their tentacles inside their backpack, so the pheromones are there but the effect isn't as strong as it is when the tentacles are allowed to breathe.
When the tentacles are out in the open I imagine the effect spikes up to the point where just being within their general vicinity has a serious aphrodisiac effect and maybe being away from them could even leave you with some kind of withdrawal symptoms.
I have a more nsfw thing of them too, but I'm too scared to post that here. Idunno what Tumblr sees as banworthy exactly.
