Remember that we often judge others by their actions and ourselves by our intentions.

So please remember that you are loved, and that, if you stop and take a breath, you’ll find that the old and the new people who you meet will continue to love you, regardless of who you are and what your circumstances may be.

Regardless of that tiny voice in your head saying otherwise.

Favorite Moments of 2017 - #2

With a score of 55.232, fan favorite Morgan Hurd becomes the 2017 World All Around Champion. Hurd was not even an all around medalist at the U.S. National Championships a few months ago and qualified for this final in 6th place, but she confidently hit four solid routines in finals to claim the gold. An American has won the World all around title every single year since 2011.

have you noticed how beautiful a person’s eyes look when they are filled with tears?

Okay, this is weird. But I always look at myself in the mirror after crying because I realize that the colors are so much brighter. The whites surrounding the pupil seem to grow darker and redder, thus bringing out the natural colors of my eyes

And then I tell myself, “This (thing) sucked. But at least my eyes are pretty beautiful right now!” :)

If you are still alive on this planet, it’s because He has something for you to do. He placed us on this earth for purposes that He orchestrated long before we were born (Eph. 2:8-10).
