Me, talking about Star Trek TOS: the acting is so cheesy and the props are terrible and WHO is in charge of alien costuming like SERIOUSLY and the lighting is so fucking unnecessary and dramatic and is there a plot? Is there such thing as a sensible plot? and everything is covered in glitter and Spock and Jim do this weird flirty banter with each other the whole time that nobody acknowledges and the “scientific advancements” are always way too convenient to the episode and the music is fucking ridiculous and half the time nothing makes any damn sense
