I'm really glad they're not taking the "Zuko from ATLA" route with Jax. Nothing against that trope, but it's refreshing to see a bully character that gets progressively worse instead of better. A bully who isn't just A.) awful from start to finish or B.) shitty but gets redemption is something I rarely, if ever, see in animation.
