here’s the cake i made for my brother’s 18th birthday!! my brother loved the movie cars growing up & life is a highway by rascal flatts was his favorite song :)) i found out with this recipe that red velvet is NOT just a chocolate cake dyed red 😂🤍

here’s the cake i made back in november for my little sister’s 10th birthday! this was my second cake fully from scratch. filling this one with strawberries was such a yummy touch! i had so much fun making the little 10 on the top out of pearl sprinkles

here’s the cake from my first youtube video! a family friend asked for this cake for her daughter’s 17th birthday! my favorite part of this cake was testing out my tres leches recipe again, and making the cute little bows by hand :)

ahhhh i’m so nervous!! i just posted my first ever youtube video. in this video i’m making a 6 inch double layer tres leches cake with chantilly icing.

my plan with this new channel is to document all the learning i do through each of my orders!

my BIGGEST accomplishment to date :) i made my first ever cake FULLY FROM SCRATCH for my best friend’s mom!! this cake took me a total of 5 hours to prep, mix & bake plus an additional 3 hours to make the icing & decorate! i put so much love into this cake & i’m so happy i was able to share it with people i consider family 💖

it’s giving rustic barn wedding 🤩 this is my biggest accomplishment to date!!! this huge 3 tier wedding cake :) we made this for one of the store manager’s kids! this cake was a whole week long process. i frosted all the layers throughout the week and put them in the freezer! then my boss helped me stack them :) i think adding the flowers was definitely my favorite part! these look so cute!!!

Round Cakes Dump 🍰

all my rounds this week were a blast!!!

the barbie cake was for one of our store managers & he gave me full creative freedom! so d u h i airbrushed it 😆

i’m getting better at the spiderweb design on these spider-man cakes & they’re honestly some of my fave bc they just turn out so so cute!!

i tried my hand at another unicorn cake & honestly i love this design so much more than the other one, i feel like it’s just so cutesy :)

the ariel cake was interesting!! i had to mix that shade of purple & it didn’t exactly turn out as planned, but i like the way it ended up! defo gonna need some more practice on it, but the customer was happy & i’m proud for it being my first time!

the last cake is a mini “bento” cake! we ran out of chocolate cupcakes to fill the gourmet case so i decided to do some of these cakes (using white cupcakes) to add some variety to the case! i have no idea if they’ve been selling yet, bc i just did them yesterday (and i’m off today) but i can’t wait to see!!

also i may upload a video of me making a yellow rose bento cake, if i can get the editing down!!

my fave this week is definitely a tie between allison’s super girly cake & the tie die vibes of diana’s cake!! both were so much fun to make! i’m excited to practice my skills on that tie die pattern some more!

Start —> Finish #6 Cupcake Cake!

this was the first number i’ve done & it turned out cute :) the customer wanted them all to be swirled and airbrushed so it was a super simple one! but i always love doing blue & pink airbrushed bc you get some cute purple that really brings the whole thing together!! alsoooo this customer totally remembered me from a previous cupcake order i did for her! and i just thought that was so sweet 🥹

also this week’s cake dump is gonna be split a whole bunch bc i did a lot this week!! :)
