I was almost #born on #Christmas Day! My #mom felt me coming but when she got to the hospital the #doctor told her “not yet”. I think they wanted to go home. Lol. So she said “Ok” and #walked at least 1.5 miles back to her #Brooklyn apt. As soon as she got back her water broke 🤰🏿💦. She told her first two sons Drew and Troy who were 14 and 7 to not tear up the place and immediately turned back around, hopped in a cab and returned to #Brookdale hospital. And after several hours of labor, your boy was born at 9pm 12/24/1985🤱🏿 Today I am beyond grateful to be able to open my eyes and to take in a deep breath to shout, Hallelujah! On this day a few decades ago God placed me on the plant and he has never left my side ever since. Every day is precious to me because tomorrow is NEVER promised but today I get to celebrate my life with my loved ones! Life is meant for #LIVING!
