Ivy finds a box in her tent with an envelope taped to it. Inside the box is a pink, heart-shaped pendant. It turns out to be a locket- inside is a picture of Sami and Ivy smiling, and on the facing side is a picture of Mia and Lanayru. In the envelope is a card. It reads: To my dear little sister, I hope your Valentine’s day is pleasant as can be. I know that today is a day of romance, but I don’t see why it can’t be a day to let everyone you love- no matter what sort- how much you care.  I’m so happy you’re in my life, Ivy. Just knowing you’re there makes me smile. I pray that every one of your days are filled with happiness. Much love, Sami

Ivy beamed and put the locket on right away. It looked so lovely! She was really fortunate for having a sister like Sami.

Mia places a tiny box in front of Lanayru, nudging for him to open it. Inside is a piece of turkey jerky, shaped like a heart.

This pleases the Lanayru! He picks up the jerky with his mouth and then bumps his head against Mia's affectionately.
