@gwynrielweeksofficial Day 5: Perfect Harmony 🎼

I love how music is so present in Gwyn and Azriel's journey, from quiet humming to themselves, to Azriel's shadows dancing and singing for Gwyn.

In the bonus chapter, we discover (thanks to our lovely Gwyn) that Azriel sings, and that it's not about being a Shadowsinger, but rather something he enjoys.

Just as during ACOSF, we discovered how much singing is such an important part of Gwyn's life, helping her get out of bed every morning and begin her healing journey.

For today's piece, I wanted to show Azriel's reaction to hearing Gwyn's voice for the first time. I love the headcanon that the mating bond will pull when he hears her singing; it would be such a meaningful scene for both of them! I'm looking forward to seeing how this plays out in the next book.

i’m a firm believer that kaz and inej would NOT have any biological children. they would take in some child that inej found in the bottom of a slaver ship, whose family was wiped out , who had nowhere to go. and that child would be given everything that kaz and inej had lacked as children: the ability to protect themselves, a full childhood with a mother and father that loved them, uncles in wylan and jesper. an aunt in nina. a big family network that inej had been taken away from in her childhood, that kaz possibly never had. they would save a child and give them a better life together, and they would set the world on fire to make sure that that child grew up safe.

In honor of an ACOTAR announcement hopefully coming this month, I decided to post a piece l've been hanging onto for a while now. I'm so excited for Gwyn and Azriel's book! Our return to Velaris I'm sure will be a grand one✨

When I first read ACOS Gwynriel stood out to me and captured my heart. Our broody (but a softy at heart) Illyrian boy and sassy Valkyrie priestess. Ugh their chemistry is unmatched.

@nestaarcheronweek Day 1 - Bonds

Among the bonds Nesta has created throughout the series, her friendship with Azriel is one of the most unexpected and interesting. Azriel is the only one among the Inner Circle who has never judged Nesta or spoken cruelly about her. He has simply respected her boundaries and, in return, she did the same to him. Also, unlike most, Nesta has never shied away from Azriel or shown fear of him. Hopefully, SJM will explore more of this friendship in future books!!
