"Hey guys, has anyone seen Victor? He isn't in his tent, and we can't set out to explore the rest of this floor until he gets back," Ichiban said.

"Do you really expect us to care about the whereabouts of a mad scientist?" Widowmaker asked, crossing one leg over another.

"I really don't give a fuck where that weirdo goes, honestly." Lydia shrugs her shoulders.

"He'll probably be back soon-" Aerith's eyes widened as she stopped herself mid-sentence.

"Aerith? Why'd you stop talking?" Ichiban asked.

"That's quite the question, Ichiban. I wonder why she stopped speaking." Victor stood beside Ichiban, as rigid as a steel beam.

Ichiban instinctively wound up his fist and punched Victor square in his abdomen. The contact made a squelching noise, as he stumbled backwards.

"You have good form, it could use more power though." He dusted off his coat. "If you'd like, I could help you with that-"

Ichiban quickly shook his head. "Hell no, man. Knowing you, you'll just inject me with some weirdass super drug that'll 'roid me up only to make me explode two minutes later."

Victor hissed, flicking his tongue rapidly. "You chose wisely. I wouldn't provide you with such a tonic, anyway. That's better left for my experiments."

Absolutely! I’m also a dude I just use gender neutral terms to have the most people be able to see themselves in it, or smth.

Beetlejuice’s husband comes home one day, dark circles having nested their way beneath his eyes, his body feeling almost achy, he had a rough week. That was until he sat down on the couch and felt someone’s chin plop down on the top of his head.

“Whatcha doin’?” the B-Man asked, scampering from around the back of the couch to sit beside him.

He didn’t answer, simply laying his head on the demon’s shoulder. Beej saw his expression and knew exactly what he needed. Beej began to drag them into bed, though not for a reasons that might be expected coming from him.

“Cmon. Lie down. Time for some physical affection-“ he pulled a small notebook and pen out of his pocket, before sticking one of the pages to his husbands forehead “Dr. Juice’s orders!”

He pulled down the note from his head to see a little scribble of Beej in scrubs, before Beej took the note out of his hand and crumpled it. He then used that hand to hold his husband’s. Beej hugged his side and nuzzled into his neck, stubble scratching him lightly. Beej then rested his head on his chest, the B-man liked to do that, it was a reminder to them both that they were there, that they had eachother. His husbands heartbeat against his skull reminded Beetlejuice he had someone who loved him, and his husband felt the weight of his head on his chest, reminding him that Beej would be here to hold them and care for them.

The two men’s breathing fell into the same pattern, they both stilled, sure his husband was tired, but he didn’t have to think about any of his tasks for the day. He didn’t have to think about tomorrow’s workday, or the next, because all that mattered was being here. Relishing in the comfort of his husband, he presses a kiss to Mr. Juice’s hand, and they lay there together, until the both of them drift off to sleep.

if you aren't black, don't tell black people how to feel about the actions of gooseworx, michael kovach, ashley nichols, etc.

we don't have to forgive them. we don't have to move on from this. we are allowed to hold them accountable as many times as we like because racism never expires.

you can't advocate that people have 'changed' when they've done nothing to show they've done so in the first place.

don't speak over us, don't speak over our feelings because black people are the targeted party, not you. the amount of times people have called me a n-gger amongst other slurs and antiblack names for daring to speak out about racism amongst tadc fans and the inaction from those three individuals.

gooseworx doesn't care about racism. michael kovach doesn't care about racism. ashley nichols doesn't care about racism.

in an ideal world they would care, but this world isn't ideal. i'm not gonna play the fool and hold out for people who've already shown their heart, and a lot of you have shown yours as well. you'd rather turn your backs on black fans than open up the 'big bad' conversation on racism and how a lot of you still actively contribute to behaviors that make black fans feel unsafe in fan spaces.

"What a happy little family we got here..." Lydia sighs, continuing her pace until she notices a tree with a large hole in it. "Woah... Hey guys, take a look at this! It might be a shortcut!"

The five adventurers gathered around the tree, all staring at it with varying degrees of intrigue.

"How are we gonna decide who goes in?" Aerith wonders, staring into the hole.

"It's easy, we'll take a vote!" Ichiban answers. "I'll start by voting for Victor."

"I second that," Aerith agrees.

"I third that," Widowmaker chimes in.

"I fourth that. Get your ass in, man," Lydia said, shoving Victor.

"As you wish..." Victor grumbles as he lit his hand ablaze, venturing inside.

"So... if he dies, we can rule this off as an accident, right?" Lydia asks the group.

"As long as we all remain silent, I don't see why not," Widowmaker nods her head.

"You can count on me to keep my lips sealed," Aerith said.

"C'mon you guys, I don't like him as much as the next guy but don't any of you believe he'll come out of this alive?"

"No," the ladies all said in unison.

"Yeesh, point taken," Ichiban said, rubbing the back of his neck.
