Viktor sketchbook page; a hodgepodge of mediums.
First time drawing Silco. Just a study, trying to get all his angles and planes right. I love him.
I’m sure I would have found Jinx to be “cringey” when I was younger, but coming into Arcane as an adult - having processed my own traumas and interrogated my own demons - I found her deeply compelling.
Watching season one of Arcane was both fun and emotionally exhausting. I feel so raw, so bloodied and buzzing. I haven’t seriously picked up a pencil in some time, but this show dragged me back…

Anastasia (on Broadway) sketch. My marker bled out while rendering the music box. :p
Deer doodle. 🦌 Water-based pens, an acrylic marker, and some washi tape.
👌 💅✨
*sighs dreamily* what a fucking weirdo
*twirling hair* what a fucking freak
“Antler Exhibition.” 🦌 A study of the great Sachplakat poster artist, Ludwig Hohlwein. I used acrylic and alcohol markers, along with colored pencil.
A late night comfort doodle.

He’s back, baby!
A couple of colorful bois!
Trying out collage for the first time. I’ve been collecting bits of ephemera forever, but never had the courage to try something. Also, every time I see a fallow deer, it’s asleep…
My study of “Alcibiades Being Taught by Socrates”, by François-André Vincent. This was my first time using acrylic markers!
Trying to sketch again after a long hiatus. This is a study of “The Royal Hunt of Dido and Aeneas” by Filippo Falciatore, ~1735.
For the past year, I’ve felt disconnected from my art. It came down to being overworked and unable to find the bandwidth. This summer, I’ve decided to finally cross that desert and seek artistic life again. I bought a new sketchbook and some Posca pens, and here’s page one!
