to add onto this (this is a very HOT TAKE i think) i really hate how the fandom has come up with this characterization of lily that she’s perfect… and she is but i hate how little exploration her character gets. this is also a reason why I personally think she doesn’t get as much traction as jegulus, or in reality any female characters in comparison with male characters, as they have characters that were built for a long time which makes them to be more realistic, more human, more relatable…
