First part of a (probably) 3 part mini comic about my Tav Marcus having a teeny tiny mental breakdown. As a treat.

(I know Astarion should be wearing his armour when he's revived after a battle but like I wanted to draw the billowy shirt billow as he materialises 😂 also the contrast between him and armoured and bloodied Marcus, you understand)

I’ve quite literally never seen a cooler dark urge design than Orin’s canon design and I genuinely think she deserves to be the Chosen just based off her drip alone. Like yeah, she looks like murder. Fantastic.

Sometimes I really wish that the Lorroakan arc actually did give Rolan his spotlight. We find out Lorroakan's plan to capture Aylin and every single person in the camp, for the first time ever, all COLLECTIVELY agrees on something, that watching Lorroakan die would be EPIC.

And it is, and I agree.

But not one character mentions how it would be vengeance for Rolan, either. Only Tav even notices that Rolan has been abused and nobody says anything about it?

Im proud Aylin gets her moment to kill him, but also, all things considered, Lorroakan didn't actually abuse her (yet). But he DID beat Rolan nightly by tricking him into answering questions he knew wouldn't make sense as an EXCUSE to beat him.

And for a game that has so many branching choices and outcomes based on your decisions, they absolutely could have included this for a game where Rolan gets his good arc, his siblings are alive, and he clearly turns against Lorroakan.

The whole group is like "Yay Aylin!" But never also adds in "Yay Rolan thank you for being brave and fighting against your abuser." 🥺 I just think Rolan deserves his flowers too.

(and then the line you can say as Tav like "oh you don't seem sad that your mentor is dead" LIKE NO SHIT, TAV, YOU CAN SEE HIS BRUISES, IDIOT. OF COURSE HES HAPPY THAT BASTARD DIED. 🤣)
