Y’all I’m leaving for SC Anime Fest tmw and I need y’all’s opinion: can I bring a suitcase as a con bag. I’m a chronic overprepper so I need my cosplay repair supplies and first aid and stuff to give as gifts to people and everything. I CANNOT wear a backpack bc my cosplay has shoulder pads and it’s a 6 hour each day 2 day con so there is no way I can just carry a bag with my hands. If I have a suitcase I’ll be able to fit everything I need plus large posters and figures and stuff I buy but I’m worried they won’t let me in bc like if everyone brought suitcases it would clog up the aisles so idk I see ppl on TikTok that put a backpack on a rolling cart and that’s allowed

Apparently the new popular opinion has dropped on TikTok and now everyone who uses the term military goth is an evil poser. This is genuinely the non issue of the century. Dear rivethead purists, we can all coexist. It’s ok. There are bigger problems in this world than a 14 year old that listens to miss construction.

I was under the impression that rivethead focused more on the factory labor rights aspect of the movement and military goth was a term used to describe the cultural overlap with goth that occurred in the 90’s, also overlapping with queer leather culture.

Every single person in this debate is under 25 anyway so it’s not like factory workers from the 80s care about this. I saw a video that was like ‘military goths are just posers that dress like nazis’ and I clicked on their profile and they were 17, a huge kmfdm fan, and scrolling a month back called themselves military goth.

We’ve genuinely lost the plot. The alt hive mind. Can I just say my opinion and everyone will agree with it and make videos with Steve Naghavi in the background with text restating my new trendy opinion. Omg.
