Five top tips to lose weight!
1. Boost your metabolism!
You want foods that will boost your metabolism like lemons, eggs, wheat grass, coconut oil things like that you want to have And for a drink I have green tea or wheat grass shot. You can find a video of that on my Instagram also you want workouts that help do that too. Like HIIT of anything that switches quickly back and forth in intensity. Like sprinting then walking
2. Apple cidar vinegar
This one is unappealing but it works! A splash of this in a glass of water with lemon juice for an extra boost. It burns off the starchy carbs in your body when you have this before you eat. Acv is a sugar blocker but only for starches not actual sugar.
3. What’s my motivation???
This is all mental and with any big choice you have to make sure your motivators aren’t shallow or hollow. They need to stick with you. They need to be your reason and one or ones you won’t forget.
4. Don’t count calories count benefits.
This is pretty straight forward. You don’t want to put food in your body that has no benefit to it. You want high nutrient foods so you may do your daily tasks and not be so tired.
5. Learn to say no without saying no Jedi master of control
This one is important because like in an argument you have to pick your battles. You have to choose what you want to splurge on when you’re out and about with friends or family BBQs where theres a huge spread. Pick the things that have the most nutrients yet again. You can have any food you want but you only get what you put in. If eating cake and chips will send you Into junk food overload stay away! You are not the Jedi master of control. You need to go relearn the force. (Star wars references) lolz
That’s all of my tips and a couple things to add. Don’t cheat yourself out of health and always track your progress! Losing weight should feel as good as planning a wedding does. It should be taken seriously. In essence you should marry yourself because being healthy is making a commitment to yourself for yourself for the rest of your life. And don’t feel discourages by the long term be discouraged when you have zero goals that’s when discouragement should be there.
