Well friends it's been a wild ride over the past year and it's even more wild to think that people actually enjoyed what was essentially a joke between close friends enough for it to grow into something of which I am proud of. A special thanks to all the reblogs that added "staff delete this" - you only gave us more notes.

Steve Harvey's Head On Things is one year old today!

That's right, that means exactly what you are probably thinking it means. Somebody has actually edited Steve Harvey's head onto something, once a day, for an entire year.

Why this was done, nobody can say for sure. What can be said, however, is that it definitely won't be continuing into 2015. A concensus was very easily reached between the members of this blog, that there could be no more fitting a day than today for the daily posting to come to an end. It was a wild ride, but it simply couldn't go on.

What this means is, to be perfectly honest, much less content on the immediate horizon. What it does not mean, however, is the end. While it's simply no longer reasonable or even desirable for us to maintain the once-daily posting, posts will still be coming whenever inspiration meets free time.

A reminder though, requests will still be accepted as always and you can even make and submit your own edited images. There's even a bunch of pre-made Steve heads you can use here!
