First day back

Today was my first day back in the gym and felt good to get reacquainted with the ole muscles after such a long time.

In summary, life caught up to me after getting married and priorities changed.

As consequence, I gained 50lb and my health began to decline. I'm not made to weigh 250lb or even 200 for that matter.

But this morning, I woke up at 4:30, woke Jazmine up and off we were to hit the plates.

We took it easy, we did 25 minutes cardio, Incline bench press, dumbbell press, flyes, and some triceps.

I'm telling you it felt great!

Anyway. I just felt like sharing it with someone. Whomever reads it.
