Your art style is so fucking breathtaking how do you do it

This message made my day, thank you anon! ‪‪❤︎‬ I've built my art style around my love towards charcoal and watercolour, and I transfered those skills into digital art. I've watched several tutorials made by traditional painters to steal their decision making. I think this is very well visible in my unpolished pieces

I also take inspiration from past artists that I like in the museums. I build my portraits in a very classical way, even though I modernize the use of colours and shapes. Studying history of arts is extremely helpful. Overall, just a mixture of everything I like. I observe one thing and I take one simple snippet I love and nothing else. Your art style is a Frankestein monster and you should take advantage from any kind of media you like (cinema, tv, comics, graphic design, architecture, fashion design, etc.) Last but not least, I try to review regurarly and improve the art basics (shapes, lights&shadows, perspective, colour theory, texture, anatomy, figure drawing, composition, contrast) through tutorials I find on youtube!
