Could you do a stonathon fic where Steve meets jonathons dad whilst he's being very homophobic (violent) towards Jonathon and nearly beats the living shit out of him.
"Get the fuck up!" Steve heard a voice he hadn't heard before, shouting inside of Jonathan's house. He knew his boyfriend wasn't expecting anyone aside from him. Joyce was out for the day, Will was spending the night at Mike's and they would have the place to themselves. So who was the person in the house? "God I told your mother not to baby you. And now look at you, a fucking…. God I can't even say the word. I'm too disgusted. Your brother gonna turn out the same way as you. Both her little princesses. But you know what, maybe I can beat it out of you."
Those words sped through Steve's core and he rushed into the house. He didn't care if he left dirt or if the flowers that he had in his hands were suddenly destroyed. This wasn't good.
Once inside he found Jonathan on the floor, cowering and a man standing over him.
"I saw you and your little boyfriend kissing. Goodness. How can you do that? Think that shit is okay?"
"I can do what I want. You weren't around. You never cared so why the hell do you care what I do?"
"Because no son of mine is gonna be that way. Not if I have a say in it."
The man raised his leg. Getting ready to kick Jonathan in the side. Steve rushed forward and pushed the man to the ground.
"The fuck?" Lonnie's eyes turned to slits when he saw Steve was the one that knocked him down. He snarled, his lips upturned into a grimace. "Of course. Your fucking boyfriend. Ugh," Lonnie spat on the carpet. "Disgusting."
Steve moved around Lonnie and crouched down next to Jonathan. He didn't like what he saw. He didn't like the look that his boyfriend wore. He didn't like the blood that was pooled around his mouth.
"You alright?" Steve ran his hand through Jonathan's messy mop of hair. His boyfriend coughed a little but gazed into his eyes. He wasn't fine, far fucking from it but Steve knew that he would be okay. "Alright then, let's go."
Steve helped him up and Lonnie stepped in front of him.
"You ain't taking him anywhere. He needs to learn his place."
Steve eyed the man, he wasn't scared of Lonnie. Had told himself years ago when Jonathan first mentioned Lonnie.
"I'm gonna take him out of here. The cop in this town is a family friend, try and stop us and you'll be arrested. Especially once he sees what you did to Johnny's face. Now let us pass through. And I want you gone before Mrs. Byers gets back."
Lonnie stood still as Steve passed him. He was sure that Lonnie didn't want to deal with Hop, or the Hawkins Police. He definitely didn't hear him come after them.
Jonathan shook his head. "Yeah. I'm fine. Thank you. Thank you for coming here. For saving me."
Steve pressed a kiss to Jonathan's lips. "It's not a problem."
