Rough week
I had to give my cat away to a rescue shelter today. It was really hard. I had to go to school after wards, and I forgot my gym shoes, so I exercised in jandals. I had to work after school and I just couldn't pull myself out of the funk.
Earlier this week I saw my dad. It was rough. I had to see the other cat at my house in an awful condition. Shes getting so skinny from the stress and her health problems. She needs to see a vet.
Going back to the house pulled up some feelings
I saw my brother.

I hit a wall
I'm currently having a face to face confrontation with my depression. Depression is telling me everything is worthless, my life is too awful, I have no new friends, I'm ugly, I'm unlovable, too difficult, I wouldnt be missed, it would be better if an accident had killed me, I'm a financial burden, my emotions are fake a mere side effect of antidepressants. I'm too fat, my skin isn't pretty, and problems are too big and unfair for me.
I am trying to scream to depression, look at the beauty in your life. Look at how the snow has settled and looks flawless, how the little kids you work with always run up with smiles on their faces, those same kids ask for hugs and comfort. Don't you see how you have inspired your own mother to leave an abusive situation. Notice how the music feels as the words and rhythm settle in. Smell the wonderful food being cooked for you by the women who took you in during the hardest part of your life. Listen to the sound of people laughing, not at you, not with you, but the laughter of those who walk by. Remember all of your friends from home who text you and wish you the best. Think of the people you have inspired, the people you have helped, and those who you will help. Rediscover the wonderful parts of your body.
It's at a standstill, not like they are taking to the wall, but like they are each running into the same wall. Each one elling me the solution rests on their shoulders alone, that the other isn't qualified to give you the solution.

How to Cope with Feelings of Loneliness
1. Remember that we all feel lonely at times – and many feel lonely a lot of the time.
2. Find something you enjoy and that interests you. Being absorbed in your passion can change the way you feel.
3. Don’t think that sex will help to fill the emptiness. It won’t bring lasting meaning or fulfilment to your life. In fact, you’re likely to feel lonelier, and more dissatisfied.
4. Even if you’re in a happy, and strong, relationship you can’t expect your partner to meet your every need. We still need other friends, and other things that we can do.
5. Make sure that you’re not living in some kind of fantasy – through films, TV characters, or always being online. It’s an imaginary world and can never satisfy. You need to live in the real world and work on real relationships.
6. Don’t wait for other people to phone or contact you. Call your friends, or arrange something for everyone to do.
7. Don’t turn to drugs or alcohol to block out how you feel. That’s a temporary solution – and won’t help in the end.
8. If you’re afraid of getting close as you’ve been hurt in the past consider getting counselling or psychotherapy. You can heal from your scars, and you can learn to trust again.
Lonely nights
Dear Dad,
When life moves forward, I sometimes feel left behind. Stuck and alone. I know I do. So I have had some lonely nights, watching everyone around me accomplish amazing wonderful things.
Maybe it's just me. Maybe I really am stuck behind. Waiting for someone to pull me out of this awful funk. The people who love me do try. But I get irritated and angry, I don't even know why, because I do want to talk to them. It just feels wrong.
You see that's where I'm broken. You hurt me so bad, and made me wish for someone. And that someone didn't understand my hurt, they left, and I hurt more. So now I'm stuck, watching everyone find everything they want in life, while I'm still healing.
My nights are long, difficult, and lonely. I could change it, but it doesn't feel right. I dont feel I deserve it. You will never know this of course, but I still wish you cared. I wish you would come to me and embrace me. Tell me that you love me, and want me to be happy.
But that's just a wish. In reality you are as cold and ruthless as the nights I feel lonely.
“Age is just a number” means senior citizens can still find love.
“Age is just a number” means middle-aged people can still find love.
“Age is just a number” means 30+ people can still find love.
“Age is just a number” is not an excuse to be a pedophile.
Nothing is an excuse to be a pedophile.
So don’t.
Just don’t.
