Raph and Mikey is probably unironically closer and tighter than Mikey with anyone else because while Raph plays physical with him a lot, Raph just engages with him at all, while the other two, I can see ignoring Mikey. As a real in the flesh certified younger sister, youngEST sister, I'd say, if i had 3 siblings and one responds to my ragebait, they're my favourite over the other two who ignore me, because them engaging shows they care about what I have to say and do rather than dismissing it all AND me as just pointless noises, if they don't even engage with my stupid ragebait, will they listen to me when I have something important to say? exactly, no, from experience, no.

I already have a yuudaughter so I'm just throwing this out here but imagine a Yuusona or Yuuoc who's a magician, so when they're in twisted wonderland, their lil card tricks n whatnot isn't impressive anymore when others can do it with real magic, so Yuu gets pushed to hone their craft to make tricks that not even magic can do, basically elite tier magician who ironically has less magic than everyone else in the entire world

hc that bayverse raph probably holds a toothpick between his teeth so much because he doesn't smoke, not recovering or trying to stop, he just doesn't, he looks at smoking and at his gains(build) and weighs in if it's worth losing quality in his muscles, and ultimately decided fuck smoking, because he's a health nut

like I imagine the rank for healthiest to least healthy of the bay bros r Raph(which is an anomaly as to how to everyone else), Mikey and Leo fighting for second place (Leo constantly throws himself at danger "I should sacrifice myself for my brothers conveniently forgetting they can fend for themselves" mentality, and the only thing keeping Mikey healthy is him being happy/stress free, physically energetically active, and not smoking or drinking, but he eats like shit otherwise, would not eat a salad to save his life despite being a literal turtle), Donnie(energy drinks, not opposed to smoking, he just doesn't see a point in it hence not doing it often or at all, like.. social smoker but he's got no social life, barely sleeps, sometimes forgets to eat, eats unhealthy till he gets sick and gets a hard wake up call to down bowls of salad, and smart enough to be the one amongst his brothers who uses his muscles the least, like he still use them a lot, obviously, he's a ninja, but compared to his brothers, he typically has an out)

Everyone is probably constantly in denial that Raph is objectively the healthiest and for a good reason, mf would tape his cracked shell and pretend like it doesn't exist, then leave it uncared for if he forgot and everyone else forgot too, or just didn't know, but eventually it'll heal itself, crooked, disfigured slightly, but functions just as good as if it was never even damaged. Yes he brags about it because ykw if you're so healthy that physical injuries don't even need care to heal flawlessly even big ones, can't say you don't deserve to brag about your rigid ass healthy habits
