I was on rotation in the labour ward today & watched/assisted two c sections. did you guys know that they make a small incision first and and then forcefully (or as the attending called it: "carefully") rip a bigger hole in the skin and fat and muscle and uterus? and when the baby is pulled out it looks like this 😦🤨✌️ because it didn't even know this shit was happening & just got evicted from its cozy fleshy home without warning
