Quick question for my fellow strippers that wear heels with just a single wide strap —

I’ve always worn pleasers that have the ankle strap - mostly because I assumed the additional strap made the shoes more secure (aka less likely to fall off my feet during a pole trick or aggressive split.

However, I was recently inspired by @lapdanseuse ‘s shoes. And I found a similar pair for sale one line. But the heels only have the single wide strap that secures your foot right above your toes (no ankle strap).

So I was just wondering if there is any noticeable/significant difference in stability or security between pleasers or heels with the single strap vs. the ones with the foot strap & and the ankle clasp.

For those of you that wear heels with the single strap: do you feel like your feet are safely secured? Should it be easy to transition from from the double strap to a single strap?

I’ll include a picture below of the shoes I want (with the single strap) to give some context:

Usually slide-ons are thinner near the toes so that helps, but I do notice my ankles slide around more. I usually secure slide-ons with a band or those detachable straps from pleaser.

Personally I’m old and can’t wear the type of shoes pictured above because I will twist my ankles

They are definitely not as secure, your ankles tend to roll more and they do fall of during pole tricks. And you definitely can never wear stockings. If you work at mostly a vip lap dance club i think they work great because you can easily slide them off an on for dances and rooms, but if you are on stage alot an tend to do alot of tricks they suck in my opinion.

The single slide ones make it harder to walk on some textures too (like carpet etc).
