This is a sequel for back and then forwardĀ byĀ fencesit, so I suggest you read it first (very good one-shot btw). Anyways, such a charming story where Sakura travels back in time and ends up saving Izuna. From there, her and Madara get engaged. The interactions between Sakura and the Uchiha clan as well as characters like Hashirama, Mito, Tobirama, etc. are chef's kiss.

HTSTWWNOER (wow that turned out long) is a very popular fic, but I thought I'd list it anyways as, after all, it is simply amazing. Team 7 plus Shikamaru travel back in time and basically save the world from the shadows. It's told in the perspective of other characters, such as Minato, so things are revealed slowly along the way. However, Sakura is the face of the group and she gets a menacing reputation because of it.

how Old Man Sasuke changes the plot by being an awkward dad, Teenage Sasuke coping with his horrifying trauma, and Kid Sasuke realizing that he's more thankful for his friends than he ever wanted to be.
Genin Sasuke summons two versions of his future self with a mysterious scroll and things get crazy. I don't want to say too much to avoid spoiling, but I'll clarify a few things... The POVs do switch around a little bit, and although it mainly focuses on Sasuke, Sakura is still very much so a major character. Also, the interactions with Sakura and the older Sasukes are so cute lol

I love I love!!! What can I say? If you're no stranger to my lists then you know I'm a sucker for anything with Shisui. Sakura gets sent back in time, but there also seems to be some genetic modification that happened in the process. Her, Shisui, and Itachi spend their days together and the banter is so fun! Very domestic and/or slice of life at times.

Sakura time travels to the era of warring states and manages to build her own village behind the backs of the Uchiha and Senju clans. Anyways, I love what was done with Kurama here as he gets to live his best life free from the shackles of a seal

When that mission turns into an ambush, she's pretty sure that the mission couldn't possibly get any worse. When time starts looping, she decides to stop tempting fate.
Oh this is so fun! Sakura and Kakashi are mission partners tasked with the duty of scouting out an old abandoned Uzushio site. Unfortunately for them, not only are they ambushed, but they're stuck in a time loop. Such a great one-shot with really nice platonic Kakashi and Sakura bonding here. It's set during the time skip between part 1 and shippuden

Woot woot another time loop fic! Poor Sakura is stuck repeating the same day, along with her and her teammates' deaths, again and again. Poor girl is basically traumatized, but such a good read as you get to see her figure out (with trial and error) what moves to make next.

Stuck in Konoha under Rin's care, Sakura is forced to keep her newly found mokuton on the downlow. Her relationship and growth with Rin is so sweet and I love Naruto here too TT-TT

Through the Looking Glass is such a cool AU where the two timelines of present Konoha and recently-abducted-Obito converge, allowing Sakura and him to meet. The two of them become friends, but little do they know the reality of their situation. I'm super excited to see where this goes!

Everyone thought the war was over until Sakura and Itachi are sent back in time to change history. This is actually super interesting because it's a series that spans years and generations. It starts with the first installment (what I linked) where Itachi and Sakura are in the warring states era and goes to when Kakashi is a genin. Definitely give it a try!

Sakura, Ino, and Naruto are such a great trio! With Sakura unknowingly given a second chance at life, she's doing things differently this time around and that includes rekindling her friendship with Ino and befriending the class clown. This author is a favourite of mine, so check out their other works too!
