i forget im a biochemistry major until i see that i have to take calculus for engineers soon
grown woman who has had 84356728292 periods: what are these symptoms Iâm experiencing
orcs would love going to costco
you get it
i need to stop picking at my face but the problem is theres Textures On There and i would prefer if there Werent
Absolutely Devastated to discover that attempting to Remove The Textures will cause new, much more Textured Textures To Appear
Surely if I remove this new Texture, however, it will be gone forever.
By Talos, this canât be happening.
After 20 minutes of this Lord of the Rings spinoff Iâm having flashbacks to that EastEnders episode with the fightinâ villagers and donkeys
According to the Irish Times, in the new Lord of Rings series on Amazon, the Hobbits are Irish charicatures and the Dwarfs are Scottish charicatures.
It also notes that the Men have Lancashire accents while the Elves are Upper Class British, commenting that "Somehow the Victorian caste system has been smuggled into a 21st-century American fantasy series."
Just a little reminder:
people who dislike hearing their friends talk about their interests are so weird. why would you not wanna hear the most incoherent rambles ever and promote joy in friend????
The last 200 pages in a SJM book be like:
getting that august feeling (things that have ended endlessly are ending again)
has a breakdown about what a lonely life it is. goes for a walk with headphones in. purchases a beverage at the supermarket. you know how it goes
Some internet language things I really like:
Phrases like âthatâs certainly a thingâ, âitâs so shapedâ, or âone of the most animalsâ (is there a name for this?)
when people write with little to no punctuation like they are just so done
More specifically, asking questions without punctuation i.e. âwhatâ or âwhyâ. Itâs like, you want to know but also you are resigned to the answer?
When people capitalise The Thing for emphasis - particularly if they add a trademark symbol to really drive The Point⢠home
How we use both bold and italic text for emphasis, but they convey it in different ways and I canât quite explain how
Responding to things exclusively with punctuation, because sometimes words fail you and all you can say is !!!
i love you rain, i love you cold air, i love you sound of raindrops hitting the rooftops, i love you cloudy skies
When you're studying a topic and you don't understand a single information and then search about it just to find out that there are so many other layers in this tiny information and now, somehow, you know even less than you knew before.
*lotions you* *lotions you* *lotions you* *lotions you* *lotions you* *lotions you*
she asked me if i believed in god and i told her that when i was four i almost drowned in a public pool and in my panic mistook a stranger for my father. i clawed my way up his leg. four years later heâd send my parents a picture of the scars alongside a tin of cookies. he said, âi hope sheâs still okay. i carry her with me. it isnât every day you save a life. it isnât every day you feel like you were here for a reason. when it does happen, you have to cherish that memory. for once, i had a purpose. just being there was enough. she tore me open but she taught me a lot about love.â
