Summer!! Despite the heat I’m so happy to be here. I’m reading for my own enjoyment and at my own pace. I’m not rushing to be anywhere or do anything. I wish life could always be this sweet

i'm baaack :'))) i took a break because i felt a bit wounded by various things in my personal life and just needed to get through them (the only way out is through) and i think i'm safely on the other side. ive been busy with work and trying to squeeze in reading books/watching films/seeing friends when i can. it's also been SO hot in new york. hope you all have been well! i hope to post as much as i can now

Went for a short walk around my grandma's place in the afternoon earlier. Everything was very blue and yellow and I tried to take pictures of things that weren't hallways and alleys.

june days of productivity, day 5 (first week at the new job: survived! ✅️)

unlocking more coworker lore bc they're warming up to me. graduation to work on the ground level floor (we're speeding up my onboarding bc I'm That Good, so far). strawberries make the late shift sweet, sharing makes them sweeter. morning iced coffee and cat cuddles in the reading nook my beloved.

When I said I would try to be in snake mode as much as possible I was not lying. I won't lie I also need some time inside to cool off because it has gotten so hot too quickly for me. The other good news of the week is that after procrastinating for ages I finally texted my tattoo artist, and I am so excited!!
