eating a variety of foods

the other big thing: cook your meals when you can, using meat and vegetables that aren’t pre-prepared or packaged. constantly eating food with preservatives and fillers can make you feel fatigued and sluggish, make acid reflux worse, and aggravate gut problems. they’re harmless if you don’t literally eat them constantly - hence why variety is important - but eating unprocessed foods when you’re able is a big help as well.
