Curry: Spicy Patak Rojan sauce with coconut milk :)
Vietnamese Umami ft.
-Seasoned Soy Sauce Egg
-Do Chua (viet pickled daikon and carrots)
-Cai Chua (viet pickled mustard greens)
Cold Tofu Salad + Veggie Stir-fry
Ingradient:
-Firm Tofu
-Green Onions
-Shitake Mushrooms
-Lacinato Kale
-Brown Rice
-Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper to taste :)
-Red Chili Flakes
-Spicy Maggi Soysauce (feel free to use non-spicy)
-Sesame Seed Oil
Instructors:
Veggie Stir-try
-Make your rice first b/c that shit takes a long time
-Heat up frying fan with oil of your choice (medium to high heat)
-Once piping hot, add in the cut kale. Cook for 10 min. Add in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne.
-Throw in your shrooms. Cook for another 5 min. (shift down to medium)
-Toss in half a tsp of sesame seed oil and soy sauce.
-Stir it all up
Cold Tofu
-cut ya tofu
-cut ya green onions
-throw green onions in tofu and add in spicy magi soy sauce to taste
FINALE
-put everything on top of rice
