My thoughts...Happiness

We walk our whole lives on eggshells til we find someone/thing that makes us feel light on our feet hiding behind a facade. but when are we not hiding? Does fear ever dissipate? Does it just hide in the deepest realms of our cells awaiting to be aggravated? whatever it is or wherever it is find happiness in the rawest forms… That would mean start within. Exude happiness from YOUR soul to your flesh. Love who YOU are and you’ll begin to understand the ways you may love your life and the world.

Sometimes your smallest insignificant (in your eyes) steps we make have the power to change everything!

Next time your doubting yourself take a second, count to 10 and tell yourself you got this!! You know why? Because YOU do, everything begins and ends with you. You are your destiny so treat it as your child (pun intended).

YOU know what you need, if it makes you want to cry, do it! If it makes you sick to your stomache, DO IT! Rarely do our wants and desires move us in a way that’s everlasting… and that’s how you’ll make a better life!

Set backs are called just that for a reason. So that you can SET (lay) BACK (get on your back) aka stillness and review all the things that are causing uncomfortable changes. So don't look at it negatively, it's the universe showing you that something's needing a change.

Find the person who wants to learn every aspect of who you are, and hold onto them.
