Weird Wakeup

My first thought when I suddenly woke up at 3am was “Oh no, I have died!” For several seconds I was fully convinced that I had in fact just died in my sleep and expected my consciousness to cease existing at any moment. So weird. I guess you could call it a nightmare? Anyway, It freaked me out too much to go back to sleep so I ended up watching Ryon Day stream on Twitch and now I feel better.
