The addiction is real 😅! Summer rolls this time with a Chinese salad twist and they were delightful!! 👅👊🏼! Just make a Chinese salad (my favorite is shredded finely red and white cabbage, green onion, bean sprouts, Chinese parsley, slivered almonds, shredded carrot and sesame seeds toss with a bit of simple dressing ~ 2 Tbs. low-sodium GF soy sauce (or tamari) 2 Tbs. rice vinegar 1 Tbs. natural sugar, such as coconut sugar ½ Tbs. toasted sesame oil. Splash of hot sauce Chinese parsley , chives, slivered almonds for garnish and extra shazaam ~ and roll! 😉👊🏼! (at Pipeline/Backdoor)
